Mauro Mancia

Professor emeritus in Neurophysiology at the University of Milan, Mauro Mancia – a great music connoisseur – took part in Prima delle prime by introducing Madame Butterfly from his own personal perspective. Here is an extract of his participation in the Mediolanum Channel special. Mancia’s contribution demonstrates how Amici della Scala, since the beginning of their activity, always sought to widen the horizons of research and analysis into opera.
