Mecenate Award 1999

On the 23rd of October 1999, in the Royal Palace of Naples’ Teatro di Corte, we held the prize-giving ceremony for the Mecenate Award 1999. The prize was awarded to philanthropist Vivien Duffield and to philosopher Gerardo Marotta (1927-2017). The event was held under the High Patronage of the President of the Republic, the patronage of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, of the Ministry of Culture, and with the support of the Council of Naples.
