Badini and the restorations

The long restoration process of the La Scala collection of croquis and sketches had, as its protagonist, General Manager Carlo Maria Badini. After the 1983 authorisation, another important step was taken in 1985, with the acquisition of a premises that would make the archiving of the collection possible. Badini communicates this important achievement to Anna Crespi, congratulating her for the agreement with Cariplo. Two years later, Anna Crespi thanks Badini for his consistent availability and support. The relationship with Badini has always been extremely fulfilling. In 1981, he writes to Anna Crespi: “bravissima”, affirming his “long-lasting friendship”.
