Carlo Maria Giulini

On the 4th of June 1991, Amici della Scala had the privilege of meeting one of the greatest figures of 20th century music: Maestro Carlo Maria Giulini, introduced by music critic Fernando De Carli. The meeting was reserved for members. Giulini’s relationship with La Scala represents a milestone in the history of the Opera House. Most of all, it should be highlighted that Carlo Maria Giulini was a fundamental and constant presence in the history of Filarmonica della Scala. No one will forget his art and his elegance.
