Franca Valeri

On the 22nd of January 1998, with the support of Banco Ambrosiano Veneto, Amici della Scala hosted the presentation of the triennial project dedicated to humour and comedy, “Totò Modo”, with Franca Valeri and Lella Costa. Luciano Consigli, Marino Livolsi and Lorenzo Vitalone also participated in the presentation. The extraordinary actress, particularly character-actress, author, impressionist as well as great opera enthusiast, Franca Valeri left a thought in our guestbook, where she declares herself as having been a “real La Scala friend since the age of 5”.
