Placido Domingo

How could we not include, in the Amici della Scala overview of friends and Honorary Members, the great Placido Domingo? Although it is difficult to have him as a guest due to his busy schedule, Domingo was happy to participate in the Mediolanum Channel Special “Prima delle prime”, where he recounted, with regard to Franco Alfano’s Cyrano de Bergerac, a vocation that “has always brought him to discover forgotten or lesser known operas”, works of which he became an extraordinary interpreter.
