Prague Spring

Amici della Scala’s international vocation has always connected us to great institutions around the world. It also gave us the possibility to directly support art and music events. From the magical city of Prague, the director of the international music festival “Prague Spring” Roman Bêlor presented, in our offices, the programme for the 2017 edition. The list of artists who took part in the festival is long and very prestigious. Amongst the Italians, we cannot help but mention Claudio Abbado, Carlo Maria Giulini, Riccardo Chailly, Riccardo Muti, Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli, Maurizio Pollini, and the Quartetto Italiano. At the end of the presentation was a performance by violinist Kristina Fialová, a young “star” of today’s Czech music scene.
