Presenting Andrea Chénier at Prima delle prime

The return of Umberto Giordano’s Andrea Chénier at La Scala, inaugurated the 2017-2018 Season of the Opera House. Once again, Riccardo Chailly was the protagonist of a piece that he himself loves so much. He therefore happily also took part in the Prima delle prime evening dedicated to the opera and entitled “Il lato oscuro delle rivoluzioni” (“The dark side of revolutions”).
