Tullio Pericoli

A poetic artist of great genius, Tullio Pericoli has collaborated with La Scala Opera House and, in November 2016, a monograph about him by Vittoria Crespi Morbio was published. During the presentation evening, the monograph was introduced along with the volumes dedicated to Eugene Berman, Corrado Cagli, and Felice Casorati. Here, we can hear a fragment of Pericoli’s speech made that evening. Yet Tullio Pericoli represents even more to Amici della Scala: one of his “gifts” has become the cover of the second edition of Cerchiamo insieme (“Searching Together”), “Favola per adulti” (“A Fairy Tail for Adults”), written by Anna Crespi and published as a book by Mursia.
